The SCDA would like to thank all of our customers for joining us at the brand new New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) facility on August 26. The weather could not have been better for our first visit to this motorsport facility. At this event we utilized one of two completely independent NJMP tracks: Lightning Raceway. Lightning Raceway is a 1.9 mile roller coaster of a track that offers pavement that is smooth as glass, long straights, and high speed sweepers! The consensus amongst our drivers is that this is a fast and fun layout, that challenges both Novice and Advanced driver's alike! Here are some great photos from our first ever event at New Jersey Motorsports Park. On top of the world class track layout, the facilities at NJMP are first rate and brand new.

Next up on our schedule is a return trip to NJMP on September 17. On this date, we will be utilizing the brand new 14 turn, 2.25 mile Thunderbolt Raceway. This track will host the Grand Am Daytona Prototypes this weekend! Mark your calenders today for the 9/17 SCDA event at NJMP - Thunderbolt Raceway and come experience the same tracks that the best sports car drivers in the country will be driving on this weekend! We are confident that you will be very impressed with Thunderbolt Raceway, and leave the event with a smile!
