November 3rd Lime Rock Park Event Info
The gates will open at 6:30 AM on November 3, and the day's schedule can be viewed here. Food will be available at the track, provided by Fast Track Catering.
One new rule that the track has asked us to pass along is that "anything that could damage the pavement (jack stands, trailer tongues, awning/canopy posts, etc.) be place on the provided 18" x 18" plywood squares. We will have these available next to the fluid disposal units in both paddocks." The track has informed us that they will be policing this policy and will be levying fines on any person that damages the paved paddock. Please play by the rules and use these track supplied wooden squares.
Also, we would like to remind drivers that Driving Impressions will be open, for all your automotive needs. Newlin Keen of www.tracktimephotos.com will be in attendance filming the event, and we are pleased to announce that Skip Barber Instructor Rick Pocock will be handling classroom instruction.
We do have a diverse lineup of cars signed up for this event, from Mini Cooper S to WRX STi to BMW M3 to Lotus Elise, and the list goes on! For information and directions to the The SCDA is looking forward to the final Lime Rock Park track event of the 2006 season, Friday, November 3. This event is currently sold out.
